Installation Layer Coating
The matte release film is coated with adhesive using a slit coating method, dried in an oven, and then laminated with TPU film.
Self-healing layer Coating
The semi-finished installation layer is coated with self-healing adhesive using a micro-concave coating method, dried in an oven, and then laminated with PET protective film.
Slitting
A slitting machine trims the uncoated edges of the product, reducing the size from 1560mm to 1524mm.
Curing
Place the product in a curing chamber and leave it at an ambient temperature of 50℃ for 48 hours to ensure the coating reaction is complete and to form a stable coating performance.
Rewinding
The finished product is rewound using a rewinding machine into 15 meters per roll, or customized roll lengths according to customer requirements.
Packaging
Finally, the product is packaged for shipment.
