Functional Layer Coating
Apply functional layer adhesive to the PET base film, dry in an oven, then laminate with another PET base film.

Installation Layer Coating
Apply installation adhesive to the semi-finished functional layer, dry in an oven, then laminate with release film.

Scratch-Resistant Layer Coating
Coat the semi-finished product with the scratch-resistant layer, dry in an oven, and cure under UV light.

Slitting
A slitter trims the uncoated edges of the product, reducing the size from 1560mm to 1524mm.
5
Rewinding
Rewind the slit product into rolls of 30 m each according to customer specifications.
6
Packaging
Finally, the product is packaged for shipping.
